Rose Bedulla is the Co-Founder of Quality IT Resourcing and is known for connecting exceptional talent with industry-leading organizations. With over 15 years of experience in the tech recruitment ecosystem, Rose has supported companies ranging from agile startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. In her role as a Co-Founder, Rose is in charge of leading business development, client engagement, and candidate strategy—ensuring every placement is a strong match in terms of both technical skills and cultural fit. Driven by the belief that people are a company’s greatest asset, Rose brings a consultative and highly personalized approach to recruitment. Her ability to align client goals with top-tier tech talent has helped establish long-standing partnerships with startups, mid-sized firms, and enterprise clients across North America. Her leadership has been instrumental in the company’s success delivering high-impact hires across software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise IT.
